  1. Hey, first of all thanks for this great, interesting and very informative article on supplements. I actually never really had problems loosing weight. I have much more problems gaining weight. I have always been a very skinny guy. About a year ago I started to go to the gym very regularly. Got any supplement recommendations for muscle growth?

    • Its funny that you mention this because I’m more on the lean side also and always wanted to gain weight.  If you are trying to build muscle its good to eat a good meal and add supplemental shakes right after eating.  If you can’t down the shake right after eating try to do so at least within an hour.  I have found vegan gainers to be the most healthy kind of protein gainers.  While more expensive and with less calories than most gainers, it will be better towards your digestive system.  Vegan is overall better and doesn’t have the soy and lactose or other ingredients that could be harmful over time if taken too much.  

  2. Nice article on losing weight using weight loss pills, is there a difference between weight loss pills and weight loss supplements?

    This always confused me, I would think anything to lose weight which requires a prescription is not healthy to be using for weight loss and would be addicting.

    • Weight loss pills and supplements are in the same category.. The right research will lead you to finding whats best for you.  Most things prescribed to us usually turns out to be addicting and overall is not healthy.
