Zurvita is a multi-level marketing company that was established in 2008.

As this company specializes in promoting health and wellness, you may have stumbled on this page because a family member or friend recommended you to join and referred to it as being a GREAT BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY!!!

The truth of the matter is that you have been presented with this opportunity by someone you know because the best chance to earn an income within Zurvita comes from recruiting others to join.

That fact leads to why an MLM company can be labeled as pyramid schemes, but I will not label Zurvita as one.

Starting out in 2008 in the city of Houston, Texas, Zurvita is mostly known for their health and wellness products which includes protein powders and multivitamin drinks.

Jay Shafer and Mark Jarvis are the founders of Zurvita. Mark has prior experience in direct sales with companies like Ameriplan, Reliv Nutritional Products, Primerica Financial Services and Amway. While Jay does not have the marketing experience of Mark, Jay provides foundation and structure to ensure Zurvita’s objectives are on point.

Membership

It costs 39.95 to become an affiliate of Zurvita. There are starter packs that range between $139.95- $549.95 for those that want to become fully involved in their network marketing opportunity.

Although the price seems reasonable to join, there is also a monthly auto-shipment of products which costs around $100 a month. Those that struggle to make sales will be sitting on a stockpile of products from Zurvita.

Compensation

MLM companies usually have a compensation plan that is complex and difficult to understand. It is not important to know all the intricate aspects of it as they claim there are 7 ways to earn. In reality, with these kinds of businesses, the only way to earn is by recruiting and selling.

The extra bonuses will depend on sales from you and your recruits and in some cases the person that recruited you as well. For a bit of clarity on how to earn, 20%-30% commission is paid on personal sales.

Although Zurvita offers good quality products, they can be quite expensive compared to alternative options on the market. It is no secret that multi-level marketing companies usually offer products that are more expensive than it’s competitors in order to compensate their members. While there is usually more to lose than gain when becoming a member of a network marketing company, Zurvita seems to be one of the better MLM’s to consider joining. When it comes to training on recruiting and selling products, Zurvita has the same problem as most multi-level marketing businesses. The problem most members face when becoming a member of these businesses is that you are lead to believe their products are GREAT and STAND OUT from the REST and HOW GREAT it would be to INTRODUCE this to your FRIENDS and FAMILY!!!

If you are an owner of any business, especially nowadays with the Covid situation, you need to know how to MARKET ONLINE. Zurvita’s training methods are just one of the many reasons why most people fail. It doesn’t help that their products are expensive which makes it a hard sell for those that are conscious of how they spend their money.

Conclusion

Zurvita is not a pyramid scheme as it is one of the better MLMs to consider joining.

However, most multi-level marketing methods of teaching members to recruit family and friends can ruin a relationship. It’s a fact that a lot of people that join these kinds of businesses lose thousands of dollars. Chances of this happening are low since it does not cost much to get started, but a monthly auto-shipment of products can lead to a substantial loss for those that struggle to make sales.

Although Zurvita might be a company with decent morals, there are some newer network marketing companies that understand the importance of marketing online and will teach you some social media strategies to promote their brand.

Zurvita does not offer such teachings to give you advanced knowledge in regards to that. This is not a business opportunity I would recommend, but if the person that signs you up really knows what they are doing and can provide you some real training then it might work out.

With that said, there are plenty of opportunities to make an income online which will require less work and can eventually replace your day job.
